4 my all my pregnancy i hae been totally constipated, especially the last few week as im on iorn tabs. But the last 2 days i must have gone at least 10 times in the day!! its very loose an i get really bad cramp an i need to run 4 the loo!!

On top of that i got piles so im screaming going to the loo!! doc says its normal but i think this is a joke??? if its not one thing its another. 3 more weeks an hopefully ill laugh at this post??

Constipation is a big problem when you are pregnant. Find foods that you like that help with this. Rasin bran works for me. It lasted through out both pregnancies till the end. Just hang in there though its not forever.

i've read and heard its common for your body to react this way once you are close to delivery!! trust your doc!
