So can any fo you ladies give me some helpful information on circumcision. We will be getting our son circumcised. I don't want any mean comments or anything but any opinions are welcome. I just don't know anything about it, seeign as I have a little girl.

Well, the most important thing I learned (the stupid hospital didn't mention it to me) is to pull the skin back while cleaning or it will adhere back to the head.

yes! that is very important!..and when you change the diaper always make sure you clean the penis last with a new clean wipe.. and point it down when you put on the diaper or else it will leak everywhere

yea my brother in law had to have it redone when he was like 3.... but it can also rip back as they grow which is painful!!!!! another thing is put vasoline on it for 2 weeks after hes born after EVERY diaper change

i think circumcision is a great choice....its much easier to clean and take care of then a not circumcised (sp?) boy.

the first 4 weeks you should put petrolum jelly (alot)on a clean gauzeand put on his penis everytime you change his diaper it helps it heal faster  thats how our pedi taught us becfore we left the hospital
