teething??

so my son is 12 weeks old and lately has been drooling ALOT and everything he grabs goes straight to his mouth. Is it possible that he's teething? Or is it to early?

Kai started teething at around 12 weeks, it took until she was 7 1/2 months old to pop her first tooth. A week ago her second came up.. She's 10 months now.

My sons first tooth was popped up in like 3 weeks. His second 3 weeks after that... He's just about to get his 3rd (I think)

my nephew started teething when he was about 2 months, and had his first tooth at 2 1/2 months!
anthony grinds his knuckles into his gums and slobbers on EVERYTHING!

my son started putting his hands in his mouth at around 3 mo (when he discovered them) but wasn't teething until a month ago. If he's gnawing on them and wanting to put EVERYTHING in his mouth to chew on, then I'd say yes he is. Other symptoms are fever, fussiness and others.

He could pull on his ears because of the pain and not knowing where it comes from..
A slight fever
fussiness
If that's the case motrin and orijel(sp?) do the trick!

pulling on the ears could indicate ear infection too. I'm glad my son doesn't do that, it would freak me out lol

I know that!
But my son does it a lot when he about to cut a tooth.
Just watch for a super high fever with pulling of the ears.
If it's super high it's prolly an ear infection
If it's not toooo high it's prolly teething
