My poor hubby...

I feel so bad for my hubby.. the poor guy was trying to have fun with Dylan and rolled his ankle (to the inside)... He doesn't even wince at most thingsthat I would scream at... but he is limping so bad.... I wrapped it for him this morning and when he got home from work and took the wrap off.... it was huge and black..I made him elevate it and keep ice on it.... He has a docs appt in the morning... but it just looks bad... poor guy... 

ooo ankles are no fun! ouchie! good luck at the doctors tomorrow!

Give him some ibeprofin too!
Should help any swelling.

My ankles get rolled so often I just wince for a min, then it's gone. But like I said, I sorta do it all the time.

yuckie, I hope it isn't broken and that he feels better  ... and where in Ok do you live?!? I am moving to Oklahoma City next month, my husband is going to be stationed at Tinker AFB.

I have inflammation issues with my knee because of sports and so I get a prescription anti-inflammatory... he has been taking that... though I don't know how much it is really working... hmmm... I just feel so bad for him he is so pitiful...

Thanks.. me too! We live in Tulsa! Only about an hour and a half away... depending on how fast you drive... LOL
