babies born with hives?

this prolly is the wrong place to post but whatever. anyways i've seen quite a few babies born with hives on here and i'm wondering what causes this?

it could be, but one girl said it was hives. so who knows.lol

i've never heard/seen a baby born w/hives. baby acne is white or red bumps on the skin caused by the hormonal changes after delivery.

Most babies get it. Xavier broke out the day we were leaving the hospital and then it would just come and go.
