Baby Shower and hospital bags

So when is a good time to pack your hospital bag and when is a good time to have your baby shower?

Lol the day i packed mine was the day i went into labor! (i went to but the carseat in the car and the suit case and as i bent over n buckled the seat in i started having contractions ( i was 39 weeks)

I don't know about the hospital bag, but I am due oct 12 and having my shower sept 15, so about a month early.

I think a good time to have the shower is like a month and a half before you're due. As far as packing the bag..I'd probably keep all the things I needed together in one spot for like a month in advance..just so I knew where they were incase I had to pack without warning. But as far as packing, probably a week before the due date. I think?

dr told me to pack my hospital bag at the end of my 2nd trimester to be on the safe side....

As for my baby shower im having 2 one at 32 weeks and one at 34 so i still have time to get the things i still need

I think a good time for a shower is around 30 weeks maybe give or take. I actually didnt pack my hospital bag until about 32/33 weeks.

Well, I'm doing it a little early. I'll be about 29-30 weeks when I have my baby shower and right after that, I'll probably pack a bag, just to be safe. :].

i had my shower two months before my due date . and i had my bags pack about a month 1/2 early

well i am having my skower at 37 weeks and i have had my bags packedsince i was 32 or 33 weeks along, it's a little nerve recing to be having the shower that late but i am grateful to even have one,
