please help, work issues

ok about 3 weeks ago my Dr. put me on leave because of the heat (in the plant were i work i have watched it top 95 degrees) well my plant manager LIED about some things so that i would have to come back to work.. he told them i would be seated and with a fan. I also think that hethinks i talkedmyDr. intoputting me off work. now every since i've been back its like every one is shunning me! for goodness sakes today i got yelled at for trying to get a slinter out of my finger! i feel like everyone in the plant are kings and queens and i am the ugly fat pregnant maid. i come home crying atleast twice a week and i know its not good on my baby please help me

Sounds like you need a new job to me!

Did he lie about the fan and being seated and all that?? If he lied, call your doctor back and tell him, so he will put you back on leave.

That stinks! Sorry you're going through that. Maybe talk to your doctor and let them know that's not the case and that the work conditions are too harsh for you right now.

I would call the better business bureau and report their asses, Go back to your doctor and tell them what the "conditions" are not what they promised...f um all if they cant repect the pregnant body and understand being in the heat bakes ur baby they can all jump off the highest curb and severely twist their ankles!!

yea i would make them fire me so u can get unemployment to maybe even sue em LOL! but u do need a different job!

oh you could also call the labor board and report them... Chances are if they are doing it to you, they have done it before or will do it again.. Would help to atleast get it on record.
