Anyone have any suggestions for relief of rib pain?

So mostly it's been during the day at work, but now it's even when I am trying to rest and lay down. It's just an uncomfortable tight and moderately painful pain on the right side only....it feels sore and bruised since 4 mos pregnant. Now I'm 7 1/2 months and it's non-stop. OUCH!! It's right where my ribs meet into my uterus, that little crease there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Stretches?

Honestly - no.  I cried my first pregnancy from the pain almost daily until she dropped.  Nothing I tried made her move.

My fiance will rub around my ribs for me. That's the only thing I found to help for not even thirty minutes. :[.

Good question...im 8mnths and the bigger i get the worse the pain gets...i try to push her lil boney foot out from under the rib...and she's obviously stubbern like her dad...cause she just goes right back to that spot 

They usually drop a few weeks before you deliver, so you have a while.

I can't wait for that....I slept like absolute crap last night and have a feeling it won't get any better until he drops or comes out. (the rib pain, not the sleeping!)

I always try lying on the side that hurts with my arm above my head. Otherwise if I sit in a recliner with my arms up above my head that helps also. It works for me so maybe it will help you. Other than that I can't think of anything besides giving birth!!
