Please help!!

I lost my son Asher to a birth defect called CDH, you can read more in my profile orvisit his website http://www.freewebs.com/babyasher/or ask me.
But right now I am asking for your help. There are several CDH organizations trying to raise awareness to find a cause and cure for this horrible defect and one of the organaizations is trying to trademark the term"Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness" so no other organaiztion or person can use it. To me this is insane, how can you trademark a name of a disease?? Everyone effected by CDH should be working towards a common goal...stopping it. If they succeed in trademarking the term then it will greatly decrease the numbers of people already spreading awareness and take even longer to stop CDH.

The organization I volunteer for, CHERUBS, has started a petition to appeal the trademarking process, and I am asking you to please sign the petition for me.I have lost my son to CDH and just want there to be a brighter future for everyone.
