Mucous Plug with Pic *You've Been Warned

Okay.. there was a huge post about the mucous plug with a pic on it but i cant find it so im just going to post this here!
I know that losing your mucous plug means nothing but i just wanted to show you ladies what mine looked like...it does look diff than others that i have seen on here...but i know before i lost mine i was really curious as to what it might look like...so here is the pic of my mucouc plug that i lost today (8-13) while i was taking a shower! It's about the size of a 50 cent piece!






Oh and btw the doctor stripped my membranes yesterday so he says thats why there is the dried blood on it!

ur CLOSE....wen i lost my plug i went into labor the next day!!! good luck.just walk alot and try to laugh hard, cuz thats how my water broke, cuz i was laughing really hard and his head was really low lol

I emailed that too hubby and he said that same thing he says damn baby looks like you hocked a huge ass lugie in the shower thats gross! ehehhe

i'm almost 40 wks and still haven't seen my mucus plug... so i guess i lost it and didn't notice... you're lucky you saw it, even though it's pretty nasty looking, haha

So it came out in the shower? That's nice to see it even though it looks disgusting. I've been checking the toilet constantly to see if it comes out.

Thanks for the pic I've been wondering what one looks like. I'm assumeing that I missed mine since I'm due tomorrow, but then again you never know. I wish that all pregnancys were the same and then there would be no wondering!
