confused about teething...

So, I can feel a raised area on Kaelah's bottom gum...but its not in the "A tooth" spot (central incisors) its more like the tooth to the right of it, or even the next tooth down.

I thought the central two lower teeth were the first to appear? I dont want to sound crazy and call the doctor over something so stupid if thats not true. Nothing has come through yet, so maybe thats just the area thats swollen? I'm so confused!!!

Shedidnt fall asleep till 2:30 this morning...the joys of teething.

Meh, typically, babies get the front two on the bottom first, but really, they can get their teeth in any order. I'd keep an eye on it, but it shouldn't be anything to worry about.

Blah, thanks!! My poor girl!! I'm doing some 'googling' on it now, and it says typically the front two are the first to appear...so I guess she can cut her first tooth there...

thank you!   i felt weird about it at the beginning b/c i researched and it says that canines are supposed to come out like at 18 months or so and Christian is only 7 months!

Hayden is 8 months and this is his first tooth

Christian got his bottom teeth at 5 months, and at 6 he started breaking his canines...man!!! how they hurt when he bites me!!!

Hayden was born at 30 weeks so I kind of think that he's a little behind. But eh...some babies just start teething later
