man she was so loved
thats a huge family

she was born in 1921 @ her grandparents sod house, she was the first of many children
growing up she saw the end of commercial whaling
she married my grandfather in 1936
they had 13 children to look after
she was my grandfathers secretary and personal assistant while he was the founding mayor of the north slope borough, and alaska state senator, he founded the Alaska Federation of Natives and Inuit Circompolar Conference

oh wow. she lived a good life it sounds  

I am so sorry that she's gone. It sounds like she lived an amazing life and left behind a lot of people who must've loved her.

i LOVED her stories of traveling to DC, greenland, russia and her favorite HAWAII!!

I'm sorry to hear that. You're in my prayers. I lost my grandfather last year.
