braxton hicks..

ok, so lately i have had like the im about to start cramps, i called the hospital, and they said that if they don't stop within 1 hour to come in. they didn't hurt, and didnt come and go like i thought contractions would, it was constant. but they said it was early labor. they do stop though after about 20-30 min. Today, i had sharp pains in my belly. it happened about 4 times, and they were like 6-8min apart. but they stopped too. so i guess my ? is what do contractions feel like?

That's just braxton hicks. That is not what REAL contractions feel like, but get used to them. You will probably feel them almost everyday til you have the baby.

which one though, or both?

you will feel the braxton hicks until you have the baby.... real contractions only start when you are in labor.... and they f-ing hurt... you will know the difference.
