pains

So I was just doing my dishes and I started getting some pains in my lower part of my stomach and down around my hip bones they are kind of like crampy achey pains any ideas??

its common drink cold water and lay down it should go away

i did it from dehydration

my labor started as menstrual cramp type pain and an achy back feeling- I am a nurse and didnt know it but was in labor at home for 6 hrs!

your uterus is stretching. normal.

Sounds like BH contractions,or like she said your uterus stretching. Just take it easy

yeah thats exactly what I thought and told my hubby to go on to work and by the time he got there i told him to turn around and come get me!! lol

Oh wow!! lol he is starting to move around down in that area now that i layed down and Im feeling better maybe he was just positioned weird??

Those cramps are just your uterus growing.... I am experiencing the menstrual like cramps-- you will too later on in your late thrid trimester.
