Jealousy

Ok, I am very very jealous when it comes to my b/f. It's not as bad as it was when we first started dating. But now we've been dating for 2 1/2 years and I trust him, I know he won't cheat on me, but I don't even like it when girls try and hit on him and try 2 screw him. He's 2 stupid 2 know when they're flirting or that they're trying 2 get him in bed w/ them unless they come right out and say it. He thinks that I over exaggerate when a girl at his work tried 2 get him 2 sneak 2 the basement and have sex w/ her on one of the beds they had down there for shipping. He thought she was joking and that I was just being my jealous self. He fould out different when she tried physically dragging him down there and tried 2 start unbuckling his belt. He pushed her away, said he was interested because she was a slut and that he was in love w/ me. But yet he still don't get why I get so jealous when I realize a girl is flirting w/ him and he thinks she's just being friendly and starting conversation. He told me that it wuld only get worse when we get married and he's dreading that. I told him it'd be a little diff because he wuld have a ring on his finger and girls wuld KNOW that he's married. But most girls around here r sluts and they don't care if he's got a kid on the way or that he'd be married or w/e, they wuld still try. I know it's not good 2 be that jealous but it's kind of hard not 2 be when anywhere he goes he has all these girls trying 2 get w/ him. What do I do?

I mean, I want 2 stop being jealous because I know that he won't cheat on me. I just hate it when the girls even TRY!

i think its hormones.. I mean, if you know he won't cheat on you, then you're okay.

I hate it when I see girls flirting with him. He thinks I'm nosey but I just wanna know if anyone flirts with him just to get pissed off. But I know what you're going through.. I think you just need to relax..

what do u mean gut feeling? We've been at a party, like a social party and this chick that was there kept bending over in front of him and everytime I would get up or move she wuld sit down next 2 him and try hanging on him.

I can't really tell you how not to be jealous, but since you know that he won't cheat on you, you have to relax. He's right- it will get worse when you get married. But, the good news is that jealousy should fade away with age and experience. I take it as a compliment when other girls hit on my DH, because I know he wont ever leave me or cheat on me. Im sure you get hit on all the time as well, does your bf flip out? Probably not because he is secure in his relationship with you. You just have to relax momma, stress is no good for you!

Confidence and relationship security often come with age. I was a very jealous person as a teen and I got alot of hell for it. Pick your battles and remember the jealousy may get the best of the situation. However don't back down from something you feel is really disrespectful to you.

You can't control what other people are going to do. You bf can'tstop girls from flirting. But, he can keep being strong saying he isn't interested.

But, you need to stop yelling at him about it. If a man is blamed for doing something he's not for long enough he may do it.Because he may as well do what he is blamed for! So if you stop bitching about it, he won't be stressed about your relationship and love you more and push their flirting off faster.

Im the same way.. eeek. Stupid girls should leave guys who are attatched alone and get there own Friggen boyfriends.
And the boyfriends shouldnt even have other chick friends, or trying to make new chick friends, if he's already in a serious relationship.. he doesnt need another girl in his life..

If you are confident in your man he should be able to have female friends..
I have male friends and my man doesnt expect me to stop hanging out with them.

lol exactly, and I have been improving in my jealousy. I do need 2 relax, its just that it pisses me off when he comes home from work thinking that some girl is being nice and trying 2 start conversations, and the conversations is them just flirting w/ him. I tell him I'm a girl I know these things. and every time I'm right. The girls will go around telling their little friends that he's so hot and that he flirts w/ them and that they're gonna ask him 2 come back 2 their place. and then he admits I was right. Those r the only times I get jealous haha. but I've been trying 2 ignore it. I'll tell him that they're flirting and shit and that soon he'll see I'm right and I'll leave it at that. I won't make a big fuss I'll just kinda laugh when I say that and he STILL says I'm being way 2 jealous. But he duz the same thing w/ this one specific guy because he hit on me once and knew me and shane were dating, and I ignored him and I thought it was kinda cute that he was jealous. but ne other time he doesn't care.

Trust is the only way...

I know, and I thought that before him, I culd trust the boyfriend I had then. I was a virgin then, and I wouldn't give it up to him. So he went somewhere else to find it. He stayed with me but kept cheating on me.I wasn't exactly crazy about him, but it still hurt and that's y I'm super jealous. Mostly because I gave it up 2 my baby daddy and I am still crazy about him and I don't want 2 get hurt...but I trust him, and I just hate it that girls even try

I don't have much to say about being jealous..Some people are, some aren't. Just try to control it. On another note, no guy, no matter how perfect and great they may be, is going to outright have a girl undoing his pants and say 'you're a slut and I love my girlfriend'..Maybe in other words, but not like that. lol

Just be glad. You have someone that many want and can't have.
