Fitflops

My MIL got a pair of fitflops and she loves them! They are expensive and I don't buy into the whole calorie burnign thing but I was wondering if anyone else has these. I'm willing to spend the money if they are really that comfortable. All I wear is sandals!

I saw a story about these on some news show, they are really bad for your arches, and can cause knee problems..

My mother in law has some, and she wears them everyday. they have surprisingly toned up her legs, and helped with the cellulite.

I don't expect them to really be good for me but all I wear is flipflops so I assume they are probably better than the completly flat ones I wear now!
