how to lose the pooch?!?!

Well I had a c section and now I have this pooch... or vagina hat lol  ... whatever you want to call it. Is there any exercises you ladies would reccomend to lose it? Or to at least help? lol I am sure it won't go away entirely, that's okay, just sort of want to shrink it!

I'm breastfeeding and mine is too...I am now 13 days PP and it is almost gone....I think in like 2-3 weeks it may be gone. Use Nivia reshaping treatment on your belly skin and thighs...it helps it look tighter also..this pic is from yesterday.

I have a pic of my 1 week PP in my albums...

I looked at that Nivia, does it work?? I didnt buy it becaue I thought it was just going to be another thing to waste money on!!

It seems to make the` skin tighter and more firm...I don't think it "gets rid of" cellulite though. It definitely gives a better appearance though.

Thanks! I still have like 20 lbs to lose.....and firm up again, but not bad considering the 50 lbs I gained!

mines still there.. but not as bad after losing 64lbs.
im jiggly as hell though... crunches maybe? idk i dont do them.. but i assume they would help some.

I dunno how to get rid of that pooch either. Im two weeks pp and am 2lbs away from my pre pregnancy weight. Yet I look nothing like I had at my pre pregnancy lol. Everything is just bigger and wider.   lol
