What are my options

Here's the deal... With each pregnancy I end up getting dehydrated and have to go to the hospital for an IV to get caught up again. Usually it doesn't happen until about 6 or 7 months. I'm only 10 weeks and I'm already feeling the dehydration. I hate needles and hospitals more than anything and avoid them like the plague. I've been chugging water like it's going out of style and took an iron vitamin since that's another thing I usually get put on. It's not helping and today I'm feeling a little worse. Do any of you have any home ideas to get me feeling better so I don't have to do the damn hospital thing?

That's quite puzzling. Are you urinating like normal? What color is it lately? *TMI-but important* usually dehydration causes your urine to be a really dark color. I would increase the water and also try and down some gatorade for the electrolytes. Also increase your protein.

have you tried drinking gatorade or pedialite or something like that with electrolytes in it??

Good thinkin, I can do that! Anything to avoid a hospital I'm there
