Could it be?...

For the past 3 days I've been getting this feeling in my abdomen a few times a day and U'm not sure if it's the baby moving or what. I read that most first timers discribe it as a flutter or that it feels like you have gas. But what I feel is more like little punches. Could that be the baby? Or am I just over excited about feelinghim/her? I'm in my 18th week now so from what I read it COULD be the baby but I don't know what to expect. What do you experienced ladies think?

welps basically anything in ur abdomen is usually the baby, so yeppers, woo hoo for baby kicks

most likely your baby. thats about when i started feeling my little guy. it first started just a few times a day and i would say i think thats the baby but im not sure and then it just kept happening more and more and then soon enough you know its the baby. congrats!!

I felt the real kicks and punches by then too   i'm going to miss it, even though now it looks like something out of Aliens whenever she moves around...she has this one spot where she likes to poke her foot or knee out and it looks so strange lol. but yeah, enjoy it while shes still little enough that its not uncomfortable  

I felt the same thing. Everyone says flutters, or like popcorn popping, but i felt like i was being punched or kicked (very lightly)from the inside. Congrats momma, i think you feel your little one!!  

Yay for baby kicks! That is so exciting! (:
