I'm so proud of my boys

posted 11th Aug
I just needed to let this out that I am so proud of my boys. They were born at 30 weeks & 4 weeks later they came home. I never thought that they would come home so early. They seem like they were never born early. The only thing I see different is that they are smaller than mature babies. Well they def. made me believe that anything can happen. I'm just really proud of them....They've been home for a week coming tomorrow & I haven't seen a problem with them yet. It seems like July 6 was my due date and not September 11 lol. I am full of joy & everytime I look at them they always put a smile on my face...Even if they're sleeping ^-^. They're always smiling...Except for bath time& diaper changes lol, but ah...I just love them so much!

How did you feel when you brought your preemie(s) home?

(If theyre not home yet) How are they doing so far?

Congratulations! I was so happy and scared when my kids came home. It was so great to just have them with me though.

I was very excited but very nervous about him having bradies/apnea spells and not having the monitor to detect them.

Quoting Andrew Jordan's mommy:“ I was very excited but very nervous about him having bradies/apnea spells and not having the monitor to detect them.”

That's exactly how I felt my couple of nights, but it hasn't really crossed my mind until they are in the car seats....Which has been really rare.
