Not sure. I just picked up the application for my son and I on Friday- we'll find out if we qualify two weeks from the day they receive the app. I'm hoping we do, we're on WIC so we're in a position right now where we already need and qualify for some Gov't assistance. Maybe the requirements are similar. I don't really know enough about the program yet.
