I feel like im never going to loose weight.

Ok so i was 174 at the end of pregnnacy I was 130 before pregnancy.. at 5 days pp i weighed 154.. Then a few weeks later I weighed 140 at my dr appt I was 148. So.. Idk if my scale was just off or what.. but, ive been rollerblading.. until now ive got stitches. [long story] anyways Ive got this belly. I feel like its never going to go away. also I could wear my size 2 pants [i think their sized wrong cause my walmart 5's are smaller than the abercombie 2's..] anyways they fit fine a few weeks after having haley now there tight! maybe im building mucle? I really don't know. So if you lost weight let me know how you did it.. what exercise.. what diet. I need help!. Heres some pics.. I don't have any of my pp belly.. Ill take some later my camera button is not wanting to work. its stuck.

41 weeks. Pregnant.

about 6 weeks pp..

I know a lot of people tell me "oh you look great!" no. I dont feel like it. I want to have my flat belly once again.


My old pre pregnancy baby body. That I want to get back.

Ive improved my eating habbits. I was walking a mile a day or rollberblading a mile.. Doing sit ups and knee bends. Then i switched it up to rollerblading about 2miles or walking to miles.. with sit ups no junk food. here and there a soday.. [wayyy better than i was.. I lived off of just soda] So.. I need help.

EDIT: I think I need to find a diet that really works.

well after my other 2 kids i did Tae Bo kicked my but but it did the trick and south beach diet.....and after this one i plan on the same.

I need to take my own advice here, cause i am almost back up to what I was when I had my son, pitiful i know, but...my friend is doing Jenny Craig, and she has so far lost 50 pounds, and looks awesome!!!

The only way to do it safely is watch what you eat, watch your portion sizes, drink lots and lots of water, and exercise daily!   The good 'ol fashion way is the way that works the best!!

The South Beach diet is really great. I started it at 155. It's been a little under a month and I've lost nine lbs. I'm one pound from my pre pregnancy weight. After I reach that, I'm going to try to lose twenty more pounds.

Also on top of that, I've been working out at the gym. I do 40 minutes of cardio then light weights about three times a week if not more. It's really toning me up.
