What kind? my BD left when my daughter was 5 weeks old,only heard from him a few times doesnt care about Hazel,his newest "baby mama" will not leave me alone,she call's me atleast 5 times a day telling me she has right's to see my child when in fact she doesnt,we're going through the courts and stuff soonish.

Why? are you going to be a single mother?

Mine is still kinda in the making, but its no less pretty to know.

Far as rights goes, you probably should really push for child support. And (just a pet peeve) If that girl is the one jumping on your back about it then he most likely doesn't give a damn and she has NO right to pester you or see YOUR daughter. I'm in almost the same spot unfortunetly, so I share that emotion

I haven't had my baby yet. But I will MOST DEFFINATELY be a single mom. My ex, lied to me about everything. Name, age, family, everything. So I sent him up to Washington state to work with his father cause I need space and he wouldn't get a job down here.

He went to Washington and was drinking every night when he was telling me he had a job. I recently found out from his father that he has another little girl here in Tennessee fairly close to me that is abouta year old now.

He denies this baby. He was abusive and I'm glad he's not around because I would probably not hesitate once with a gun around him.

I hate him THAT much.

I'd also like to add that you shouldn't let yourself get scared, be strong. Its hard when you let yourself be frightened or worry yourself sick with the "what ifs"

Was that for me? my lawyer told me she doesnt have rights,but if she's taggin along with him then she will see Hazel I just want him gone I hate him,he was gone my whole pregnancy and most of Hazel's life,now he wants in.

I dont want him doing this to Hazel,playing games etc.

Oohhhh okay I cant really say,because my dad was always around I love my dad lol.

I didnt want it for my daughter,but I'm not going to run after him like an idiot if he doesnt care now he's not going to care 20yrs from now.

Yes that was. And what your lawyer told you is true, this is between only you, your daughter, and his good for nothing rear end. I don't know much about the laws where you live but I know that for the most part in countries like the US, England, Australia, etc.. The law will usually side with the mother's decision and not the father but it greatly varies with many cases.

I hope it's like that here too,I havent really asked her much because am still waiting for legal aid buttt,do you go to the big court,or is it just a small room and because he lives 2 hours from me would it be all over the phone?
