i dont believe that ppl who use maryjane should be branded a criminal yea its against the law..but now soos not wearing a seatbelt..so if we branded them criminals what about all the others who break the law..no matter how simple the law is....their gonna legalize it eventually anyways so..why worry about it..

Hmmm, I dunno thats a tough one. On one hand I would say yes, bc it IS illegal, however on the other hand, potheads are not exactly dangerous (if thats all they do) and its really unfair for them to be branded and have that being held against them. I guess I will vote "No" bc it really doesn't seem fair.

I really honestly dont think any drug user should be in the same classification.. simply because it is thier choice, thier body. As long as they aren;t harming anyone but themselves.. its really thier choice

i think it's stupid that there are people in prison for marijuana
even more stupid that people have to pay taxes to keep them there

No. And at the same time, adults who think they use it responsibly should also be responsible enough not to go and get themselves caught while it is still illegal.

they shouldnt be but becasue its an illegal drug they are. I think its stupid, and the term "criminal" is used very loosly.

I don't think they should be marked as criminals simply b/c it's not a big deal to use mj. You hear more about crackheads and meth users committing crimes than stoners.

I recall an old p/o of mine tellingme he didn't really care if I got high but if he found me drunk he would bust my ass so quick. His reason was b/c when people are high they or at least the majority get lazy and don't want to start any trouble. On the other hand when people get drunk if they were to see someone they didn't like they'd be more likely to start something with them. and from personal experience of hanging with my friends they were more likely to fight drunk than fight stoned.
