HELP....

So this is very uncomfortable for me to talk about but im hoping you guys will have some answers for me because im freaking out. 

last night when i was in the shower i found this large bump on my right labia wall near the back i've never noticed it before and seeing at 9 months pregnent you cant really see your vagina. i used a mirror, when i seen it, it was red and that side was twice the size of my other side, so i started wondering and i looked it up on the internet. but all that came up was cancer thats why i started freaking out i know its most likely not that but i've never had this problem and don't know what it could be. its not sore or anything but its a very hard lump. i have a doctors app on the 19 and im going to bring it up but 8 days is a while for my mind to be un easy. 

i had this once.. and it was a zit..
im not kidding..
does it hurt? maybe go to the dr?

OP its more then likely either a zit or an ingrown.. please dont think its cancer.. the internet is full of shit..

I get those. Usually from an ingrown hair getting infected. Have you been landscaping down there lately?

Towards the end of pregnancy you tend to sweat more in places you normally dont. It is probably a pimple or ingrown hair.

Its probably a small absess. I've actually heard of someone having that problem. (Didn't really wanna hear about it while in a public resturant)

On either side of the vaginal opening is a pair of glands called the Bartholin glands.
The Bartholin gland produces fluid that lubes the vulva's inner lips.
If the opening to either of these glands becomes blocked, a Bartholin cyst is formed that can make a bulge in the lip near the opening of the vagina. The cyst can also swell and become tender.

I had a friend die from that kind of cancer several years ago, and what you are describing does not at all sound like what she had. It's probably an ingrown hair that got infected. You may need an antibiotic to take care of it. Try not to worry. I wont go into detail, but hers was alot different and it didnt all swell up.

It's called a Bartholomiew's cysts. We have glands on our labias, and they form when a gland gets bocked. It backs up and forms this large boil, that, depending on what size its growing on, makes on labia look way larger than other. Having sex is painful, because it presses up on the lump internally. Sometimes it itches and burns. Mine was so large, that they had to put me to sleep to drain it, and I had a drain in for several weeks to drain out all of the fluid. Try a hotpad and a sitz bath, notify your DR ASAP.
