You can have sex all the way to the end of your pregnancy unless their is a problem. If you are spotting like that you may want to call the doc and make sure everything is ok.

What has your doctor said? The genital area becomes very swollen during pregnancy. It is very easy for the penis to cause small tears and there for make you bleed. You should always check with you doc though.
