re: Manual or Electric

I get twice as much when I pump with my electric. I have both the Medela harmony and Medela swing. I get 2 oz with manual and 4-5 with electric. I got my electric from my LC and it was only $110 and it sells for $149 + tax at Target so I got a good deal!
I don't plan on using mine much though I am a SAHM but I want a stash just in case!

If you plan on pumping allot I'd spend the money for an electric MADELA. They have the best suction and last FOREVER. If you only plan on pumping occasionally or even one or two bottles a day..I'd recomend the madela hand pump. I used the madela handpump and loved it...it never lost suction it didn't hurt and I could empty one breast (5-8 ounces) in like 10 minutes...which is pretty good for a manuel!
