Twitching

This is random but.... I woke up this morning with the most annoying twitch in my left eye. I almost never get twitches at all, anywhere, but this is ridiculous! It really hasn't stopped for any length of time and it's been hours. Anyone have any advice to get it to stop?

sleep. my eyes always twitch when i'm tired

I get thatr every now and then when I haven't slept well and I have used the computer too much.....the only thing that helps me is sleep and darkness.

Sleep is usually the best but if you can't the best thing to do is find something that takes your mind off of it, go outside and find a project to do usually that helps me. Good luck!

Ah.... lack of sleep... that would explain it. Unfortunately with my 4 1/2 year old running around I can't try to catch up on any right now. I haven't been sleeping well at all- been having contractions for a week straight and they've been 2 to 4 minutes apart since Saturday with no other progress. It makes getting sleep kinda tricky.

try taking two benadryl at night...my midwife recommended that to me....or tylenol pm.

I get that every once in a while. it's caused by stress.
