Laundry Help!?!

I do laundry but i really don't know how to do it right.
Can anyone help me and tell me how to sort and wash the clothes?
Like colors-when to use hotor cold.
I need serious help! Any tips will be appreciated!

Wash whites & very light colors together and use hot water.
Wash colors in warm water.
Wash the dark and black clothes in cold water

usually on the tag of clothing will help you out..hot water shrinks stuff..i usually wash my stuff in cold. or warm....

I just sort laundry by whites, towels and jeans, and then all my colors together. And then use cold water for your colors, towels and jeans, and then hot for your whites... that's what I do anyways.

i wash everything in cold and seperate the colours and the whites. and if i have bigenough load then ill seperate the darks and colours too. and i seperate all th eclothes that are delicate and shrink easily like guy dressy shirts and nice tops and i dry those on delicate too, otherwise everything else is dried normally.

I just do everything in warm water!
