yeah i had never thought about them either until i was about6 or 7 months and went to tour my hospital's maternity ward and all the doors had mums hanging from them. you know kinda like those ones you wear to football homecomign games. most were pink or blue but i did see a green one and a yellow one. i didnt know if it was okay o make your own or not though...i thought it was something a friend was supposed to do ya know. im really good at making mums and i was thinking maybe i should make a few and try to sell them. i see people on craigslist selling diaper wreaths all the time.

i think the ones at the hospital gift shops are really tacky. i went to a few flower shops but they told me if i wanted something speacial i had to bring it in because they dont special make them so i just figured i would make my own. the ugly ones sold for like 50 bucks and i made mine for about 35. im really picky about little things so thats why i usually make my own everything.
