Prayers and Labor Dust Please

Just wanted to ask for prayers, wishes, labor dust, good thoughts, good vibes- any or all of the above.

I am due on Friday and I have an ob appointment tomorrow morning. I've been stuck at 2 cm. dilated, over 50% effaced, with the baby dropped as low as possible without me dilating for a long time. I've been having strong but irregular and not terribly functional contractions for a long time as well. I've already lost my mucous plug- twice.

I am praying that we will see some real progress tomorrow (significant dilation and effacement) and that I will not end up needing to be induced. I will be getting scheduled for an u/s and a nst for tomorrow- and we will be discussing plans for induction within the week if I haven't made progress as long as the baby is not showing signs of distress on those tests. If she shows any signs of distress we will have to proceed much quicker.
