Yes you are getting dehydrated in the sun make sure you drink lots of water. My Dr said last trimester just sitting in the sun burns alot of energy and fluids.

I get dizzy standing up for too long far less taking a walk in the heat. Summer is not a good time for us preggos. Our body temp is already up and our bodies have a harder time releasing heat. It sucks for me because I like the heat and now I can't stand it.

I'm dizzy and hot pretty much all the time even when I am sitting around being a fatty. Probably doesn't help that I live in Hawaii and have no air conditioner where I work. I'm only 28 weeks, can't even imagine how the rest is going to be. Ugh, it's exhausting already.
