Question On Kegel exercises & other exercises to tighten

I am worried that after I have my baby I will be "loose" so I have just tried kegel exercises...but I feel like I'm just squeezing my butt and that means I am doing it wrongdoes anybody have and advice on how to do them right. Are there any other exercises to help tighten yourself down there.

At the risk of being graphic, my doctor told me the best time to practice was during sex. To try and tighten up around your s/o. Apparantly it's easier to do then and you can tell that you're doing it right. Once you figure the muscles out and how to contract them you can do it all the time with no problems.

Hmm the best way I can describe it is when you're peeing and you stop (in the middle of it) the muscle you use is the same one you do kegel's with. It shouldn't feel like you're squeezing your butt..

Lol I don't know how to explain it. But I have always heard when you are using the restroom...urinating to hold it in for a second and that's the muscle you are supposed to be using when you do the exercise. But don't hold it in for Long lol UTI...hahaha
but yeahh I wish I had done more prior to birth..Ive heard it helps a lot with pushing.
