[snip!] ... at this stage. should i already be keeping kick counts? and is there a way i can make them kick to know if they're ok?”i'm a twin and my mom said she never slept because while one was sleeping the other was kicking so u might want to enjoy this time now cause i know with my one moving the way he is right now ur are really gonna be complaining in a couple of months. and yes its normal to not feel them so much right now. its when u get to my stage that if u don't feel them u start to worry.

Quoting Keish~Face:“ Twin mother here. That's normal. When they are kicking, it usually means that they are fighting for ... [snip!] ... along. At 28 + plus weeks we would lay on the bed and watch my stomach- itwould rock up and down, almost like an earthquake.”HAHA yeah just this morning my husband woke me up and said that the twins were having a dance party while I was sleeping. He was watching my belly move all over the place. Its amazing what I can sleep through right now, I am always so exhausted!

Quoting Piper Crankypants:“ for a singleton pregnancy you should feel between 3-4 kicks an hour. Now, babies do have lazy days so, ... [snip!] ... and if you don't get your answer, ask your DR. only they can tell you what is normal and what activity they are expecting.”i'm not trying to be rude but i think that's incorrect and rather vague information. or i could be wrong as well. anyways i was told when i began kick counts at about 28 weeks, that if i did not feel my son move 10 times in an hour(during the kick counts) that i was to call the hospitla. but of course babies do sleep. so maybe that's what you were referring to...was their "down" time.
