Need help with letting go of the bottles

I know, i know why is my 14 month old still on a bottle. I need help! He only takes them at night. I want to get him off but i don't know how. He really does not like the sippy cup. Any advice how to get him off the bottle would be greatly appreciatied.

I 14m old having a nighttime bottle ( before bed) is perfectly fine.... I wouldn't be stresisng about it too much... but I haven't gotten to the point of getting my guy off the bottle for good yet so I don't have a lot of advise.
My g/f just got her girl off by putting water in the bottle, after a couple of drinks a couple of times she didn't want it anymore.... but she's 19m

Have you tried the Nuby sippy cups? They really helped me when we were trying to break my daughter of the habit.

I had my daughter give her bottles to the bunnies that were in our back yard and a week later they had babies and she has never asked for them or anything. We did use the Nuby tippies and they were great to ween her!

Yes i have like 3 different kinds of sippys. Nuby ones,gerber, some other kind.

My 22mth old still has a morning and night time bottle.
Hes not a big eater so I dont mind... H drinks out of "pop up" drink bottles during the day and a real cup with tea/dinner...
I just wish he'd use a sippy cup for his milk drinks...

I don't know, I'm probably not the best for giving advise. My daughter was so easy with that stuff. I just gave her the Nuby's and she never wanted a bottle after that. She was 9 months old I think. I've also never given her bottles at night so that might have been part of it. She also potty trained herself  . She just started doing it one day, I guess from watching me. I bet I'm going to have hell with my son or new baby.

My first was like that but not the case with the second... we had to trick her a bit. Good luck I here boys take longer than girls! I'm pretty scared about my little guy coming too!

He's only 7 months old so I've got time to make a plan of attack. I think it may be harder for him though because the new baby will be here and they will only be 13 months apart. I'm afraid he won't want to try anything new when he sees his younger sibling getting bottles. I'm going to try and start him early like I did his sister so maybe he won't really remember having a bottle.

im having the same problem, he only gets one at nap time and bed time and Ive tried giving him a sippy instead but he wont go to sleep without the bottle.
