To call INS or not to call INS

Okay I live in a real nice subdivision and ive noticed something about my new neighbors and im not sure what i should do. In my heart i feel like they are illegals, or atleast a couple of them are. Down the street from me there is a house with 8 cars parked in the yard and driveway. Ive watched when i passed the house if the cars move and every single one of them do. I can see 4 cars at a house but 8? that means that in a 2 bedroom house (i knew the ppl who used to own the house and i have been in there to know that its a two bedroom) there are 8 ppl living there atleast. They are all guys, at first i thought they were probably just visiting....that was 3 months ago. Dont get my wrong, i love all ppl, just not ppl who do things that are illegal. Should i call INS and see if they are legitimate ppl or ignore it and hope that im completely wrong?

Personally... If they weren't loud, obnoxious people, I would leave them alone.

i think you should.my mom was a head supervisor with INS and some of the stories she told me about the things illegal people do are disturbing.dont get me wrong i dont feel like they arent people just like me i just think that they should be more considerate of what americans as taxpaying/law abidingcitizens have to go through just so these illegals can stay in our country. you should call and if they are all legal then there shouldn be anything to worry about..

Unless they are bothering you or the neighborhood why would you call?

If they aren't disturbing the usual mood of the neighborhood I'd leave well enough alone.. They're just trying to make a livin' too..

Now if they looked like a bunch of gangbanger crackheads.. Then that's a different story

My BIL is from Mexico, he was raised there until the age of 4. His mother brought him here and dropped him the fuck off and left him to fend on his own. He is a very hardworking person and has given me a beautiful niece. He wouldn't hurt a soul and he has done everything he can to adapt to American culture. So if you should happen to have that mentality that all "illegals" come to this country to suck the life out of us, then please reconsider that. You calling on some innocent people could mean someone's daddy goes back to god knows where. That baby could be my niece.

Exactly. And it's really hard to get a citizenship from there, it sucks. And it costs SO much.

Exactly - My MIL and all her family are from Mexico.. A couple decades back it was easier for immigrants to get citizenship and they were able to.. Now, they're a bunch of crazy beezies but they're really hard workers and have adopted American culture as their own for the most part..

And if she didn't come here, I wouldn't have my wonderful husband.. I have a lot of respect for immigrants - they certainly don't have it easy.. And yeah, there's some bad apples up in the mix but that goes for everyone..

Yep! In order to be considered for it, my BIL has to go back to Mexico and file paperwork and "legally" enter the country. Except in the process he can't "illegally" leave the country, does that make sense?

Yes i know there are good ppl who come here illegally, and okay well and fine. Ive gone through a lot with ppl, but im not gonna discuss it with anyone, and thats y i asked. For the ppl who just offered friendly advice thank you for everyone else dont get so damn defensive. Yall act like it was some kindof personal attack and it wasnt. Im sorry it sucks for ppl who wish to come here legally, and i know many ppl who do come legal and they werent complaining. My not all of my family is from here, about half came from the Philippines so they didnt seem to have a problem affording and they were dirt poor. Its called saving your money when you can. I did consider that they possible couldnt afford a place of their own but thing of it is...the house was for sale not rent. Rent here can be found pretty cheaply. They all have nice freaking cars also so i put that into consideration. Im not here to cause a problem, hense y i put it in D&D and not The Drama Corner, ive been around here long enough to know. I was asking a simple question and for ppl opinions. Also I ask myself, as many good ppl that come, what about the bad ones, should i just let the bad ones get away with things or should i be cautious and ask questions about ppl living where my son plays??? Considering the crime increase in the past 5 years to that of 10 yrs ago, Im going to be cautious and ask questions so my son, will have a safe place to live and I can have a piece of mind.
