Odd Pain?

Hey ladies,
I am on CD 8, and a normal cycle for me is 38 days. Right now I'm not on Clomid or anything else really. This month I noticed today and yesterday I had a very sharp pain deep in my left side. I feel like it's way too early in the month to O, but whenever I do opk's at the end of the month when I think I'm ovulating I never get a positive opk.... What could the pain be? If we don't conceive this month, it'll be my last cycle Clomid free. Also, I have Uterine Bicolis Bicornis... shouldn't be related to the pain at all... it's just another factor of why we probably aren't getting preggo on our own...
