June/July Mommies

Hey everybody! I wanted to start a thread where all the June & july 2008 mmmies could post pics and stories about their new babies! Lola is 5 weeks old and she is growing like a weed! She is becoming more active and is finally staying awake for longer periods of time throughout the day. She hasn't began cooing or anything yet, though. How is everyone else's newborns doing? Which milestones have they reached so far? Smiles? Cooing? Holding their heads up?

My Daughter is 7 weeks tomorrow. She does lots of talking. expecialy when theres music going on. So i'm assuming she is singing along!.
She HATES tummy time with a passion, so she isnt getting much practice I hate when she just lays there and screams and smacks her face on the floor.
But when I support her to sit up she can hol dher head up.
And yesterday she finaly paid attention to her little teddy bear and she was touching and feeling it. yay...

This is my Kaden...hes 5 weeks old born on 6-19 and was 4 weeks pre mi but doing very well with just a little bit of problems here and there. He smiles and pees on everything he can, hes trying to lift hishead like a big boy but its notgoing all that well. He loves his bath,when he is in there he sucks on his finger for thewaterlolAnd hes is just now starting to sleep in his own bed. But my husband keeps trying to put him in ours and I think Im going to hurtZack lol I love my chubby baby so much

Lola hates tummy time, too!! She will hold her head up for a few seconds when she's laying on me or her daddy, but not when she's on her own! I can't wait for her to start "talking"! She's been staring at her monkey and elephant all morning, but so far, no reaching for anything. How long has she been sleeping at night? Lola slept SIX hours last night!! Whoo-hooo!

Lil Matt's smiling now and does a lot of baby talk and he's 8 weeks old (wow! I didn't even realized he's 2 months now)  . He's grabbing on his toys and my hand too. Everytime I burp him, he's holding up his head to look at me.   He's our little piggy piggy, drinks a lot of milk.

Mine is almost 3 weeks old. She is awake the majority of the day and sleeps through the night. She cries most of the time when she is awake.

She is so completely different than when my others were babies.

Oh the sleeping thing.. hah. well last night she slept from 9:30PM until 2:30 Am.. so that's a whole 6 hours also. I just have to learn to go to bed when she does!..
