IS IT OKAY TO STILL HAVE SEX OFTEN? IT WONT HURT THE BABY RIGHT? WHAT ABOUT POSITIONS TO STAY AWAY FROM?

Ouch, caps hurt! Anyways, its fine to have sex. You should avoid the missionary position because you really shouldn't be flat on your back after 14 weeks and your belly will start to get in the way.

It's ok, as long as you're not feeling any major pain. Some pregnant women experience some cramping after sex, it's completely normal.

Im going on 34 weeks, and my boyfriend and I still continue our usual sexual habits the same. The only thing is you dont want to be laying on your back. Thats what My midwife told me atleast...

You can lay on your stomach it wsont hurt the baby it will hurt you before the baby... but i was told that by laying on your back during sex could jsut cause some bleeding or cramping

As far as sex- unless your ob/midwife tells you specifically not to have it, don't worry about it. Sex actually will make labor easier for you in the end. Choose positions that are most comfortable for you!

sex is fine unless the doctor specifies that you can't...if it is painful, try another position or speak with your doctor because there may be a more serious issue. as far as not laying on your back after 14 weeks, it is because after that time, your uterus is at a size in which it will compress on the major blood vessels that run the length of your torso. If you compress these, you might become dizzy or lightheaded but more importantly, you are cutting the blood supply to your baby, which means they aren't getting enough oxygen
