has anybody heard about this baby seat??

my brother-in-law just bought us this baby glider as a wedding / baby gift.

it looks cute to me, and it was pretty reasonably priced (at the time, it was only $64, now it's ten bucks MORE lol), so he decided to get it.

With my first born we didnt have the room for a swing since we were pcs'ing and all that , so I returned my swing for the glider.. and my daughter loved it .. plus it was easy to take with me from room to room instead of moving a swing from room to room ...

Oh yes carrying a swing from room to room sucks.

yahhh that's the other thing... i'm a weakling now i don't think that's going to magically change once i have the baby  

i just wondered if they work well with calming baby and stuff, like a swing does.

it worked great for my daughter she used it from birth up till 6 months ... she calmed down fairly quickly in it too, and it makes a great sleeper for naps ...(since it bassinet like )
