august 7th i'm getting induced and was wondering what kind of clothes should i bring for the baby? i know i have to have like a few outfits. one is for pictures, and another is for when i take him home..what would you reccommend i bring?

This thread might help you some. It's on the whole hospital bag too so if you think you missed anything you can double check!

Pick just a simple onsie for the picture. Have the outfit to bring your baby home. You might want to take a few other onsies to put on your baby during the hosptial stay. The hospital usually provides them but if you feel like it you can dress your baby with what you bring. I brought other lil outfits for my first, i was playing dress up with her when i was bored LOL

The clothes I brought for my son were a little too complex for a newborn, I think. (like the shirt had a collar, etc) When I do it again, I'm all for the super soft cotton onesies and smooshy pants or leggings. Save the cutesy clothes for their 3 month pictures or something like that, don't bring them to the hospital like I did!

So true! And the clothes dont matter anyway you want to see how cute the baby is. I put my son in a simple white and baby blue onesie for his last picture and they turned out great!
