I don't think it's a turtle w/out a shell. Look at it's hind limbs and it has a long rat tail. That thing looks crazy! They should do some experiments on it or something.

Kinda gross but it looks like a turtle without a shell but the hind legs are crazy looking, not that of a turtle. IMO anyway.
