GIMP????

Okay so I am trying to be all clever and make some of the pictures I have taken all snazzy but I dont know how! lol. I am so bad at this computer stuff! Someone told me to try the site GIMP, because I love the photos you can make black and white, but leave a small image a color, and Iguess you can do that on this site, but I can't for the life of me figure it out! Does anyone know how to use this that can help me!?!?? Thanks!

I use gimp

it is a lot like photoshop  

easy to use once you play around with it  

what is the website you are tryin to use?

I have a mac and went on there and signed up for an account and couldn't get any further. I don't know what I am doing wrong either!

It says you have to purchase the GIMP. I started out a gimpguru.org and it took me to a credit card site, but didn't really explain what I would get for my money so I didn't go thru with it. Some people I have chatted with say they have it for free....???

some website gimptutorial or something..you can look on the website and it explains to you how to do selective colorization

I use Gimp but I don't think I can help you. I'm more of a show person.
