Missing.. please come back! :(

I'm really sorry I ignored you for a while, booty. I guess I kind of took you for granted. You and I had a lot of good times.. we'd go out dancing and make all the men stare.. I'd give you loving nicknames like 'butt shelf' and 'whoopie cakes'. I'd dress you up in designer denim to show you off.. but for the past four plus months or so, you've been put on the, uh, back burner so to speak. It's been all about the belly lately. But that doesn't mean you had to up and leave me without even a clue to where you've gone!

Now I can understand you feeling deprived. I don't talk to you like I talk to my belly. I've thrown you in Old Navy maternity pants and hidden you. I haven't bought you any cute underwear lately. I've been sitting on you for 8 plus hours a day when you're used to me standing. We haven't been working out on the stair climber like we were before.. But we've been together for almost 23 years, and now you pull a vanishing act on me? This is making me look and feel off balance, to say the least.

Booty, I miss you. Please come back! I'll do anything to get you back, even if it means eating beans and rice every day!

(Okay, seriously. I looked in the mirror today and it was gone. I've gained a pound and a half since pre-preg, and was wondering where I was losing the weight from - because my belly and boobs are obviously bigger! Hubby said brain cells.. but now I know.. my butt is MIA. *sigh* )
