Rash that wont go away

posted 31st Jul
So, I'm taking my son to his doctor tomorrow, but I'm concerned in the mean time. About 3 weeks ago he started having runny bowel movements more than often. He'd usually poop maybe, once every other day..once a day if I gave him milk (bc hes a little intolerant). He started going about 3 times a day, so he got a rash within 48 hours of that. I had the prescription cream from the last time he had one, so I used it til I ran out, and the rash was almost completely gone, but he continued having to poop all the time. Today, I find that his rash has completely spread even onto his legs and he had 4 poopy diapers. That's just not normal for a 14 month old. We just got a kitten right before all this started and I'm wondering if there's anything that the cat could have to do with it?

I use Bordouexs Butt Cream. Love it! It works overnight. It's great. Helps prevent the rashes also. Bayleigh had some virus that made her poo constantly. She got the rash and we used the cream. She's great now.

Does the rash go away when you put the bottom of the glass on it with some pressure?

Yeah, but the cream I have is for yeast infections..it's prescription strength so it generally works within 1 day, but this time it didn't. I just hope he's not sick and I didn't know it. He hasn't had a temp. or any other symptoms=/

try it and if i disapears for a moment or 2 or goes white then its nothing too concerning but if it stays red and the same it could be more serious
