I don't like being ordinary, that's what started this. The last option is spelled like my name-Kimberleah. My husband thought it would be cute to 'carry it on'.
And if you guys have any other suggestions, put them down as well.

I like that last spelling best. Like you we wanted something different which is why Maddy's name is spelled Maddyson  

I also wanted it to where when i abbreviated it, which i already do, it would be Emmy or whatever. That's what i've already started calling her.

not to be a downer on the whole being origanal thing, but no one is ever going to know how to pronounce or spell her name. not that i hate my name or anything, but isent it frustrating when no one ever knows what your name is? just a thought. but if your name is simmiler, you would understand. Anyway im all for the standard spelling, but im just like that.

I do understand. But i'm just like that.
I went through- Kimberleigh, Kimberley, and now Kimberleah. Both my parents spelled it different ways. And with the way it's spelled now, most pronounce it the way it's spelled. But it's o.k. I think she'll be called Emmy most of the time anyways.

plain old Emily. the others look weird and I really don't like Emi-lee-ah just sounds sooo made up.

i'm all for unique names, but emily is pretty common and most people will assume it's spelt the traditonal way. being a kylie, i know how annoying it is when every single person spells and pronounces your name wrong. if you do choose a different spelling, i would go with emilee or emilie. emileah looks cute but it will me misspelt and mispronounced.
