i am in pain

ok i am 29 weeks with twin girls i just want your opinon i have been in pain for 3 hours it does not come and go and it dont feel like ligment or bh psin but the past thirty minutes it has been coming and going i have drank water and laid on my side and it didnt go away anyone else have this should i call the doc or is it just streaching pain the doc told me call with contractions that are every five minutes for two hours but this has been non stop up untill the past thirty minutes and i know with contractions your belly gets hard and soft but my belly has pretty much stayed hard please give me your advise thank you

Call L&D and ask their advice. Better safe than sorry. Hope all is well for the 3 of you.

I would go in just to be sure. If you are in pain something might be wrong IMO better safe than sorry.
