belly button hurting??

i think i might sound totally retarded but my belly button hurts and is really hard in certain places i still have an innie so my hubby said that maybe its trying to pop out or something and my body wont let it... i really dont know has this happened to anyone? i feel like a tard i mean its my belly button and ive never had pains from my belly button... sorry if its a tarded question!

Lol I got like a sharp pain around my belly button before it popped out, its an outie now lol but I think its normal
