hm..tmi after miscarriage question

so we've (yes we've DH and i) have been noticing this very sour smell coming from down south that we've never smelt before we lost our baby...

for those of who that dont know any background info on me i was 8 weeks and we miscarried around june 17th...

could this be a sign of infection i have no crampig or discolored discharge.. but i do have the white milky discharge i usually get.. i have no fever or aches or anything...

I'd suggest you talk to your doctor about it, really. It never happened to me.

I'm not sure. Did you have sex before your bleeding had stopped?

I would probably call your dr hun. It's possible that it could be an infection of some sort.

Sounds like BV to me. I got it last summer and then again after I had a colposcopy in November. I had none of the normal symptoms except a strange (sometimes downright fishy) odor.

Ask your doc to test you for bacterial vaginosis. They'll take a sample (like from a pap) and mix it with arsenic. If it reacts, you've got BV.

we had sex two days after the bleeding had stopped

before you got pregnant you had some kind of procedure didn't you? Do you think it could be from that?

yes i had a closcopy and biopsy and we had sex the night before.. the night we more than likely concieved..

but when i was pregnant i didn't have any abnormal smell or anything abnormal going on down there...this is just after the bleeding had stopped from my miscarriage...

Are you taken any meds? Sorry to be all in your business.

no we did not have a d&c our dr said that everything seemed to have come out by its self...

stupid dr. ill talk with him tomorow he's supposed to call me about my levels

They should be checking your levels to make sure they go down, so they know if you need to have a DnC. I pray you don't. But if something is left over you will need to get it out.

yeah he just took my levels tuesday and was supposed to call today and never did
so ill be calling his ass tommorow morning i hope they've gone down because i sure as hell dont want to get a dnc...
