nervous stomach?

ok so last night i started to get these feelings in my stomach, the best way i can explain them is sort of a nervous feeling. like that feeling you get when your on a rollercoaster on the drop, or when your landing in a plane.like a dropping feeling. however there is nothing that should be causing me to feel that way its just happening? has anyone ever had these? its still doing it today ever so often....

Yes, when I get really anxious, almost like I'm having a panic attack.

Are you stressed about something?

no thats why I have no idea why its happening? Its kinda weird. It just seems to happen a few times every hour. But im just sitting here watching tv, have been since last night really lol.

Are you thinking about it a lot? Maybe try some relaxation exercises, deep breathing or something like that. Another good one is to tense your whole body, starting with your toes, working up to your head, hold and clench really hard (unless you have high blood pressure!) and then release. Try that 3 times.

Other than that, I have no idea.
